We recently added this toolbar to allow our users to use our templates directly from Word or Excel. Please note that there are 2 ways you can disable the toolbar in Office: From Business-in-a-Box: Click on SETTINGS/Office Templates Toolbar. Select Disabled, then click on the yellow Save button. If you plan on paying an attorney to draft up a legal document, starting a business, renting out a property or anything that requires specialized documents it is beyond obvious that this is a tool worth having. There are more document templates in here than I could use in an entire lifetime. It over time was something I had begun to take for granted. I just bought a new PC, and reached out to Business in a Box to ask how to transfer my license key, this is an issue I've run into a lot with purchasing a new work PC- This is verbatim MY response to THEIR response: 'Thank you That was some of the most helpful customer service I've ever seen with something like that.'
